Your choice of character race provides you with a basic set of advantages and special abilities. If you’re a fighter, are you a stubborn dwarf monster-slayer, a graceful elf blademaster, or a fierce dragonborn gladiator? If you’re a wizard, are you a brave human spell-for-hire or a devious.

I'm sure this is more of a niche interest, but I've put together a comprehensive guide for analyzing and homebrewing races in 5th edition.

After getting a lot of feedback, I've decided to go back through and write up a few different types of flight for various races. I will assign them all different values and hope to solve some of the balance issues.

Hope you guys enjoy!

Jun 09, 2016  There's a pretty good wikipedia entry on what hitscan is, but as far as Overwatch goes any bullet WITHOUT travel time is a hitscan weapon. This extends to the weapons used by S76, Widowmaker, McCree, Dva's meka, and reaper. Because the bullets have no travel time, merely 'clicking' the target is sufficient to register a hit, making them more forgiving for aim at greater. What does hit scan mean in pvp games.

Edit: I've been getting help from /u/aranim on this, btw. After I assigned values to all the core race features, he started helping with everything else.
